Madewell Insider is a free U.S. loyalty program with three tiers (Insider, Star, Icon) that gives 1 point per $1 spent and issues a $10 Madewell Insider reward every time you reach 250 points. Members get year-round free shipping with no order minimum, simple in-store returns, free in-store denim hemming and complimentary styling appointments, birthday ($25) and half-birthday ($15) offers, annual Insider anniversary rewards and biannual Insider Event access. Higher tiers unlock expedited shipping, free return shipping, early access to products and promotions, triple point days, free gifts with purchase, tier celebration discounts and exclusive invite-only events.
